About the Project

The Portrait of a Teacher project aims to redefine the role of educators in response to the rapid technological and workforce changes shaping society.

Recognizing that the teaching profession has not kept pace with this transformation—and that burnout and attrition are high—the project is building a set of forward-looking, adaptable frameworks and tools that guide the creation of competencies, mindsets, and roles that educators need in order to thrive in the AI era.
